The Museum of the American Military Family & Learning Center in Albuquerque is seeking an Archive Manager for an off-campus work-study position. The role involves unpacking and setting up the WorkSpace, cataloging artifacts, and coordinating with staff and volunteers.

Must be enrolled in UNM and meet Work-Study requirements. Responsibilities include photographing items, organizing collections, and contributing to newsletters and social media.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM.
• Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters.
• If Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site when MAMF ideally 16 per week. Weekdays or weekends.
• Interact with visitors and researchers.
• Follow MAMF policies and procedures.
• Work as a team with MAMF director, board members, volunteers, and student Archive Assistants.
• Unpack and set up WorkSpace and Galley.
• Photograph and catalog artifacts into ehive online database.
