Job Description Summary
Provide administrative coverage at the front desk, including monitoring the clinic appointment line, scheduling appointments for clients from outside medical, hospital, and correction systems, answering multiline telephones, taking payments for clinical services, completing client registration and documentation, scheduling interpreters, and retrieving billing charges.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Additional Job Details
Minimum Training and Education: High School diploma or equivalent; one year of customer service experience; basic computer skills. Healthcare front desk experience preferred. Ability to organize, prioritize, communicate effectively, and interact tactfully.
Licensure/Certifications: None required
Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, reaching, using hands and legs, good finger dexterity, repetitive motions, vision correction to 20/40, working indoors, lifting objects up to 20 lbs, occasional work in dusty or cramped spaces.
