Required Minimum Training and Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of customer service experience. Basic computer skills required. Healthcare front desk experience preferred. Ability to organize and prioritize work, communicate effectively, and establish good relationships.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, climb stairs, reach, use hands and legs, perform repetitive motions, maintain 20/40 vision, lift objects up to 20 lbs, and work indoors in a latex-safe environment. Occasionally work in dusty or cramped spaces.
