The Tews Company seeks a Registered Nurse – Respiratory Care Call Center to join a hybrid, office-based team. You will guide patients remotely on CPAP/BiPAP therapy, ensure adherence, and coordinate equipment-based care with clinicians and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact-state licensure preferred. RRTs may be considered.
• Strong patient communication, organization, multitasking and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding CPAP/BiPAP use and therapy compliance.
• Follow up with non-compliant patients at 10, 30, and 60 days to encourage adherence.
• Coordinate PAP pressure changes and arrange equipment drop shipments per prescriptions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, maintenance, safety and compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide clinical guidance to patients and staff.
• Monitor patient progress, document compliance, and follow insurance guidelines.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours needs.

Pay: $26–$35/hour, based on license and experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST

Position Type: Full-Time

On-Call: Rotating coverage approximately every 4–7 weeks

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $4,000 for eligible external candidates

About The Role

Join an established healthcare team providing remote patient support and respiratory equipment guidance. This hybrid, office-based position focuses on patient outreach, CPAP/BiPAP compliance, equipment coordination, and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding CPAP/BiPAP use, non-invasive ventilation, and therapy compliance.
• Follow up with non-compliant patients at 10, 30, and 60 days to encourage adherence to prescribed treatment.
• Coordinate PAP pressure changes and arrange equipment drop shipments based on prescriptions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, maintenance, safety, and therapy compliance.
• Troubleshoot respiratory equipment issues and provide clinical guidance to patients and field staff.
• Monitor patient progress, document compliance, and follow applicable insurance guidelines.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours needs.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; compact-state licensure preferred. Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) may also be considered.
• Strong patient communication, organization, multitasking, and basic computer skills.
• Experience in respiratory care, home medical equipment, or CPAP/BiPAP therapy preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidential patient records and provide clear clinical guidance.
