Job summary

Lewis Bakeries Incorporated of Tennessee in Murfreesboro is hiring multiple Full-Time General Helpers to operate and maintain bakery equipment, ensuring food safety and product quality. Starting wages begin at $23.77/hr with overtime and shift premiums, plus a $500 quarterly attendance bonus.

We work six days a week with 10-hour shifts (12 hours when needed) and rotating shifts until a position is open or a shift is assigned by seniority.

Qualifications

• Physical requirements include repetitive lifting/stacking up to 25lbs overhead, pushing/pulling heavy carts of materials, lifting 50lbs of ingredients and other physical labor as needed.
• Must be able to work in extreme hot or cold conditions as some areas of the plant can be hotter than others, especially in the Summer.

Responsibilities
