Job summary

DXC Luxoft seeks an experienced Murex Front Office Support Analyst (RTB) to provide Level 1 application support across APAC trading hours, focusing on trade lifecycle management, valuation, and feed monitoring for IRD, FX, Credit Derivatives, and Fixed Income.

The role covers live incident resolution, handovers to global teams, data maintenance, and participation in weekend rotation. APAC schedule with 8-hour coverage and rotational half-day shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Murex Front Office/RTB support in capital markets.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycles, booking conventions, valuation, and P&L for IRD, FX, Credit Derivatives, and Fixed Income.
• Hands-on with Murex Simulation Views, MxML Exchange workflows, and Datamart.
• Maintaining operational static data and counterparty records.
• Proficient in Sybase SQL diagnostics and multi-table JOINs.
• Able to perform end-of-shift handovers and rotational weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide front office RTB support for Murex during APAC trading hours.
• Monitor, triage, and troubleshoot upstream trade flows via XML messages.
• Manage downstream trade dissemination and status tracking.
• Maintain operational static data within Murex, including counterparties and rate mappings.
• Perform database diagnostics with Sybase SQL and submit remediation requests.
• Coordinate end-of-shift handovers to Western-hemisphere teams.
• Support minor CTB activities and release deployments.
• Participate in rotational weekend coverage.
