Job summary

V2X is seeking an experienced MUOS System Administrator to support the Wahiawa, Hawaii facility as part of the NCTAMS PAC program. You will perform system administration of MUOS ground systems, manage network status, and coordinate with engineers to transfer knowledge.

A 24x7 watch rotation and security responsibilities are included. The role requires a US citizen with 4 years of specialized technical experience and IAT Level II baseline security certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• US Citizenship required.
• CSWF certification IAW DoD SEC/CSWF directives if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Follow government CONOPS, SOPs and directives.
• Maintain MUOS Ground System Networks and monitor status.
• Perform system administration of Wahiawa ground station equipment.
• Coordinate with MUOS System Engineer for knowledge transfer.
• Manage network faults, FCAPS alerts and security events.
• Support NOC operations and maintenance for SATCOM facilities.
