The position requires extensive government contracts experience, DoD procurement knowledge, and ability to travel domestically and internationally to support program needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, public administration, or a related discipline.
  • Ten or more years of progressive Government contracts experience.
  • Five or more years in munitions, ordnance, or energetics programs.
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience.
  • FAR, DFARS, and AFARS, including Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TINA), CAS, and fixed-price production contracting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full contract lifecycle, including planning, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout for production, development, engineering, and service-related contracts.
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and exclusivity arrangements with U.S. and international companies.
  • Negotiate and administer Other Transaction Agreements under 10 U.S.C. 4022, preserving competitive posture.
  • Structure and execute production contracts, IDIQs, multiyear procurements, and undefinitized actions for ammunition programs.
  • Formulate negotiation strategy and lead fact-finding and final negotiations with Government contracting officers.
