Job summary

Stantec’s Water practice in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead municipal water and wastewater projects. You will own project scopes, schedules, and client communication while leveraging a regional Water network for support.

The role emphasizes smaller to mid-sized projects, with opportunities to mentor engineers, manage budgets, and deliver high-quality technical work in collaboration with the Stantec Water team. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources, Biological Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering or project management.
• P.E. licensure preferred, especially Tennessee reciprocity eligibility.
• Experience managing project scopes, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-sized water and wastewater projects from scope through delivery.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, task orders, and deliverables.
• Serve as client contact and build long-term client relationships.
