• Develops maximum potential sales volume and profitability from municipal markets within defined regional territory.
• Maintains close relationships with elected officials and staff; attends Commission/Council meetings.
• Leads bid and RFP submittal packages; ensures proposals meet specifications and quality standards.
• Partners with WP marketing to create differentiating proposals, bids and RFPs for new contracts.
• Cultivates relationships with key stakeholders to secure new contracts and expand services.
• Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for price optimization.
