Job summary

Responsibilities

• Download meter reads and install data for automated reads.
• Process meter readings and mail monthly utility bills.
• Post transactions to the accounting system.
• Process work orders for disconnections, reconnections, and new applications.
• Maintain customer account files and respond to inquiries.
• Pursue delinquent collections and prepare second notices.
• Establish and monitor payment schedules and follow up on accounts.
• Prepare write-offs and generate reports as needed.
