Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience, or Master's with 3 years, or PhD with 2 years.
• Optimizing work processes with focus on continuous improvement.
• Independently progresses the majority of designs and tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.
• Understanding of engineering, geometric and algebraic principles.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work within schedule and hours.
• Assists in development of project specifications.
• Develops discipline-specific project elements and deliverables.
• Aids in coordination and productivity of project team members.
• Provides technical guidance to less experienced team members.
• Works with multiple disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
• Performs quality control reviews of project elements/deliverables.
• Assists with coordination and planning of schedules and workload.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
