• Identify, pursue, and secure new municipal, commercial, residential, and roll-off accounts.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of leads across all business lines.
• Conduct on-site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective customers.
• Maintain understanding of pricing, service offerings, and competitor positioning.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and bid responses tailored to customer needs and local regulations.
• Represent the company at industry events, municipal meetings, and trade associations.
• Research and track upcoming RFPs, RFQs, and municipal bid opportunities across territories.
• Manage the full municipal bid process, including document review, pricing, compliance, and submission.
• Build relationships with municipal decision-makers, town admins, and procurement offices.
• Maintain a bid calendar and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Collaborate with operations to gather data for bid accuracy (tonnage, routing, equipment, service levels)
