Job summary

The City of Beverly Hills is seeking a highly motivated Management Analyst to join the Policy and Management Department. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, and asset management, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities include supporting lease negotiations, coordinating property management activities, and assisting in strategic real estate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three years of general administrative and management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with commercial lease negotiations, commercial lease administration, as well as coordinating commercial property management and asset management activities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and analytical abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Real Estate Management team in lease negotiations, lease administration, and asset management activities.
• Assist with planning, direction, and operation of the department and provide professional level support to an assigned supervisor.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement city real estate initiatives.
