Qualifikationen

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Jur is Doctorate or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a member, in good standing, of the bar of the State of Ohio.
• Regular and reliable attendance and demonstrated courtroom experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prosecute cases in Delaware Municipal Court, including violations of city charter, ordinances, and Ohio statutes.
• Prepare motions, pleadings, and memoranda; conduct trials and pretrial hearings.
• Serve as legal advisor to local law enforcement and agencies; negotiate plea agreements when appropriate.
• Manage a high-volume caseload with administrative efficiency within the City Prosecutor's Office.
