City and County of Denver's Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is hiring a Project Manager I (Engineering Associate). This role focuses on vertical design and construction project delivery for city agencies, managing schedules, budgets, design teams, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Two (2) years of professional project management experience in related occupational group.
• Education/Experience Equivalency: 1 year substitution for each omitted year of post-high school education.

Responsabilités

• Create, analyze and maintain project schedules and budgets for defined scopes.
• Oversee procurement and management of design teams, bids, and contractors.
• Monitor contractor progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Prepare and communicate project status reports to stakeholders and identify risks and mitigations.
