Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Professional Engineering License preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of municipal engineering including capital projects, stormwater, utility design, cost estimating, and construction administration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead staff.
• Experience with proposals, budgets, and client management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work plans and budgets for approval by the Department Manager.
• Monitor schedules and budgets to satisfy clients and control costs.
• Prepare advanced engineering designs and technical data.
• Oversee quality control/quality assurance on projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with project teams and clients.
• Support marketing and business development efforts.
