Job summary

CivilCorp, LLC (an ESP Company) in Victoria, TX is seeking a Municipal Engineering Project Manager to lead municipal roadway, drainage, water, and wastewater projects for public agencies and private developers.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years of design and leadership, a BSCE, and Texas PE (or ability to obtain within 6 months). You will manage scopes, budgets, client relations, and collaborate across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in municipal/state roadway, drainage, utility, and site development design, project leadership and team oversight.
• BSCE from an accredited program and Texas PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• Knowledge of municipal/roadway design principles, standards, and project delivery practices.
• Experience with MicroStation, GeoPak, and ORD for design and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal roadway, drainage, water, and wastewater projects for public agencies and private developers.
• Direct development of plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates; manage project scopes and budgets.
• Mentor staff, supervise progress, and ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the firm at meetings, hearings, and client negotiations; support business development.
