Job summary

HireReady Partners seeks a senior Civil Engineer to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects for municipalities and rural water utilities in Texas.

You will manage design, permitting, bidding, and construction closeout, ensuring regulatory compliance and client coordination throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a Texas PE license, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and 6–8+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Active Texas PE license required.
• 6–8+ years of municipal water/wastewater project experience and AutoCAD proficiency.
