Moore Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Municipal Team Lead to develop people while steering municipal projects. You will partner with the Senior Group Leader to coach, lead teams and deliver innovative engineering solutions that strengthen the communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Five years of experience in their practice area.
• Professional Engineer license in the state where the office is located or ability to obtain within six months.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices related to their field.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations with guidance and mentorship.
• Acts as Lead Engineer/Technical Project Lead as needed.
• Monitors workload, schedules, budgets, and QA/QC.
• Collaborates to develop efficient design solutions.
• Identifies training needs and budget requirements.
• Participates in RFP/RFQ processes including site visits and client meetings.
• Maintains regular communication with leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
