Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and a Professional Engineer license in New Jersey. Two years of supervisory experience and a valid NJ driver’s license are required. US work authorization and NJ residency are also specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Two years of supervisory engineering experience in design, maintenance, and construction.
• New Jersey driver's license if vehicle operation is necessary.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Municipal Engineer in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and completing a variety of engineering projects.
• Assign project staff and supervise field surveys.
• Review designs for compliance with plans, specifications, and contract provisions.
• Assist in coordinating engineering activities related to technical developments, scheduling, and problem resolution.
• Oversee inspectors and provide guidance to subordinates in unusual situations.
