Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning or a closely related field required.
• Minimum four years of professional planning experience in municipal/public sector.
• Master’s degree may substitute for up to two years of required experience.
• AICP certification preferred but not required.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required.

• Performs professional planning work supporting current and long-range planning activities.
• Reviews development applications and zoning materials for compliance with plans and codes.
• Conducts technical analyses of land use, zoning, environment, and infrastructure.
• Prepares staff reports, recommendations, and public hearing materials.

• Provides staff support to boards, commissions, and committees.
