Job summary

• Perform complex administrative duties with knowledge of procedures and precedents for Development Services.
• Prepare for and conduct Planning and Zoning meetings and Zoning Board of Adjustment meetings.
• Receive, log, and distribute building plans for plan review; check permit applications for proper form and compliance; issue permits as authorized.
