Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of building structure, exterior and envelope.
• Inspect and repair building mechanical systems.
• Maintenance and repair of doors, door hardware and closers.
• Maintenance and repair of plumbing systems and related fixtures.
• Snow removal from stairs, doorway, and sidewalks.
• Remodels including wall demolition, construction, flooring, and painting.
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools used by the Maintenance Division.
