ENSO LAW L.L.P. is seeking an experienced senior Municipal Litigation Attorney to represent cities and public agencies. You will advocate for clients, advise on the best course of action, and implement their legal support plan while mentoring junior associates to sustain our tradition of excellence.

This role demands trial experience, the ability to manage a heavy caseload, and strong interpersonal and writing skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across the firm.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney.
• Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills are desired, as are exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration.

• Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Keep apprised of changes to local, state, and federal statutes and laws
• Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques
• Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests and responses

Compensation

$175,000 - $215,000 yearly
