Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• 2–3 years of litigation experience, preferably with municipalities.
• Insurance defense experience considered.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, including public speaking.
• Ability to manage a diverse workload independently.
• Thrive in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities
