Position requires a Texas driver’s license and ability to read and write in English; CDL and licenses in water/wastewater are desirable. Work outdoors in all weather; on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English effectively.
• Able to lift and handle equipment components.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and barricading.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of city-maintained equipment and vehicles.
• Respond to service calls and standby emergencies.
• Assist in repairs of water and wastewater lines.
• Maintain work zones using signs, cones, and barricades.
