Qualifications

• Knowledge of grounds maintenance practices and materials.
• Knowledge of turf management principles and weed identification.
• Ability to read and interpret contract specifications.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect workmanship, materials, and service quality for all contracted grounds maintenance activities.
• Issue punch-list items, document corrective actions, and verify completion.
• Establish and monitor traffic control plans per TMUTCD and City guidelines.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including photos, videos, and expenditures.
• Communicate effectively with citizens, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve concerns.
