Job summary

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Texas Operator's License, Class C.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized equipment for maintenance of park sites and golf course grounds.
• Perform maintenance tasks including construction and repair.
• Apply fertilizers and chemicals for healthy plants/turf.
• Monitor landscaped areas for insects and diseases.

Skills

Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work

Skill in determining irrigation problems

Skill in maintenance of flowering plants

Ability to read chemical labels
