Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and GASB practices.
• Budget development and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and reporting requirements for municipal finance.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Ability to manage complex projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with management and external partners.
• Valid PA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bank reconciliations and financial operations.
• Enter budgeting forecasts and perform accounting transactions (AP/AR).
• Support audits and reconcile accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance Manager on prioritizing assignments.
• Coordinate onsite and remote work with client staff.
