Job summary

CivilCorp, LLC (an ESP Company) is seeking a Municipal Engineering Project Manager to join our Victoria, TX office. The role focuses on leading municipal roadway, drainage, water, and wastewater projects for local and state governments and private developers.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience, a BSCE, and a Texas PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months). Strong leadership, client engagement, and knowledge of OpenRoads Designer, GeoPak, and MicroStation are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in municipal/state roadway, drainage, utility, and site development design.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in Texas, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Comprehensive knowledge of municipal/roadway design principles, industry standards, and project delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal roadway, drainage, water, and wastewater projects.
• Direct the development of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Oversee project execution, including schedules, client billing, and profitability.
