Job summary

CivilCorp, LLC, an ESP Company, is seeking a Municipal Engineering Project Manager to join our Victoria, TX office. You will lead municipal roadway and utilities projects for local and state governments, coordinating design teams and client communications.

Responsibilities include developing plans, cost estimates, and construction documents, while mentoring staff and supporting business development. PE licensure in Texas or within 6 months is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in municipal/state roadway, drainage, utility, and site development design and project leadership.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license in Texas, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Knowledge of municipal/roadway design principles, regulatory requirements, and project delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal roadway, drainage, water, and wastewater projects for local and state governments, and private development.
• Prepare, review, and approve engineering analyses and calculations from preliminary design through final plans.
• Develop construction plans, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize resources, schedules, and quality across all project phases.
• Manage project scopes, budgets, fee proposals, and contract documents.
