Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a Project Manager to join our Municipal Engineering Group in Austin or Bryan, Texas. You will lead municipal engineering design, manage capital improvement projects, and oversee staff to meet deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Minimum 10+ years of municipal engineering/capital project design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead municipal engineering design of capital improvement projects and related planning.
• Prepare construction plans, specs, bid documents, and cost estimates.
• Evaluate public work issues in municipalities and resolve inquiries.
