Job summary

CivilCorp, LLC (an ESP Company) is seeking a Municipal Engineering Project Manager to join our Victoria, TX office. Lead municipal roadway, drainage, water and wastewater projects for local and state governments and private developments.

You will direct design from preliminary through final plans, manage budgets and schedules, mentor staff, and engage in business development to grow ESP's Texas footprint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in municipal/state roadway, drainage, utility, and site development design and project leadership.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas, or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal roadway, drainage, water, and wastewater projects for local and state governments, and private sites.
• Perform, review, and approve engineering analyses and calculations from preliminary design through final plans.
• Direct development of construction plans, specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize resources, schedules, and quality across all project phases.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, fee proposals, and contract documents.
• Oversee project execution, including schedules, client billing, and profitability, ensuring quality standards.
