Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Department Manager for our Governmental/Municipal team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate brings senior leadership, a strong civil engineering background, and a PE license to drive growth and project delivery.

You will guide a production team, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing to win new work, while mentoring staff and managing client relationships to ensure excellence in all projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• P.E. license required.
• 8+ years of civil/municipal engineering experience with focus on public infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to achieve financial and growth goals for the discipline.
• Oversee productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality of work.
• Develop and lead discipline marketing and business development strategies.
