OHM Advisors is seeking a Municipal Engineer to lead civil engineering design for municipal projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. You will support planning, budgeting, and QA/QC across team efforts, with a focus on client communication and project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree and 5+ years of traffic and municipal design experience, plus proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and ProjectWise.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5+ years' traffic design, traffic control, and utility coordination experience.
• Experience with municipal streets/utilities and roadway/highway design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D; MDOT ProjectWise and design manuals preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and manage scope, schedule, and budget for proposals and contracts.
• Coach and manage staff development, sub-consultants, and expenses during project implementation.
• Communicate project goals, alternatives, recommendations, and outcomes to the project team, client, and public (memos, reports, presentations, etc.).
• Anticipate project issues, including advising the client on alternatives and providing recommendations for solving issues.
• Timely and accurate completion of OHM and sub-consultant invoices and collections.
• Business Development and Client Satisfaction.
• Understanding OHM services and how they relate to the client's organization and needs.
