Job summary

Artheon is seeking civil engineering professionals to join our team in Berlin, NJ, focused on municipal and infrastructure projects. The role offers growth toward PE licensure, mentorship, and exposure to public-sector design, review, and construction activities.

You will work on transportation, water, stormwater, and related disciplines, with a path to long-term career development and licensure within approximately 6–12 months as you gain responsibility and expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort participating in or supporting public meetings.
• 2–5 years of relevant civil, municipal, or site/infrastructure engineering experience.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; progress toward PE licensure expected within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Review site plans and development applications for compliance with municipal standards.
• Contribute to design of municipal infrastructure improvements and prepare supporting documentation.
• Support construction phase services including submittal reviews, RFIs, and field observations.
