Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides advice to the Chief Justice, judges, Clerk-Magistrates, Deputy Court Administrator, and other court officials on legal and policy issues.
• Performs legal research and analyzes relevant case law.
• Drafts correspondence, memoranda, and guidelines for court policies and procedures.
• Drafts and reviews legislation affecting the Boston Municipal Court Department.
• Acts as professional staff to special advisory committees and prepares materials for meetings.
