Job summary

RVE, an Ardurra Company, seeks a Civil/Municipal Engineer in Morganville, NJ to contribute to and oversee civil/site design for parks, municipal infrastructure, athletic facilities, schools, and higher education campuses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (ABET), EIT, and 4+ years’ related experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office, and the ability to manage tasks within scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
• EIT required; ability to pursue Professional Engineering (PE) license
• 4+ years’ related work experience
• Proficiency with computer software and automated engineering/design equipment

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and oversee civil/site design for a wide variety of projects (parks, municipal infrastructure, schools, campuses, industrial/commercial development)
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for municipal stormwater, roadways, and drainage upgrades
• Coordinate utilities and support construction documents for water/wastewater infrastructure
• Assist with municipal project tasks to meet scope, schedule, and budget
• Work independently and as part of a municipal project team with limited supervision
