Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, is seeking a Municipal Bond Credit Analyst/PM to manage municipal bond portfolios, perform issuer due diligence, and contribute to trading across fixed income sectors. This role reports to the Director of Fixed Income and supports Investment Advisors with bond strategies.

Requirements include a Finance/Economics related degree and 10–15 years of municipal bond experience; CFA or advanced degree preferred. Strong Excel, Bloomberg, and Tradeweb skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience as municipal bond credit analyst/portfolio manager.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel formulas, Word, PowerPoint).
• CFA designation and/or advanced degree preferred.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and process excellence.
• Strong collaboration and communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis across municipal bond issuers and sectors.
• Actively construct and manage municipal bond portfolios for clients.
• Develop and maintain municipal bond strategies across SMA accounts balancing client risk/return objectives.
• Strong knowledge of the municipal bond market and geographic locations.
• Monitor all credits on the list and manage daily trading across client portfolios.
• Execute fixed income trades across platforms including Bloomberg and Tradeweb.
• Provide fixed income support to Investment Advisors on strategies and investments.
