Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, seeks a Municipal Bond Credit Analyst/PM to oversee municipal bond portfolio management, trading, and issuer due diligence. The role spans broader fixed income contributions and client portfolio support.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in municipal bond credit analysis/portfolio management, CFA preferred, and strong Excel/communication skills. Position requires US work authorization and compliance with MSRB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience working as a municipal bond credit analyst and/or portfolio manager.
• Advanced level in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• CFA designation and/or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative with leadership, advisors, and teams; accountable and transparent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis across municipal bond issuers and sectors.
• Actively construct and manage municipal bond portfolios for clients.
• Develop and maintain municipal bond strategies across SMA accounts balancing client risk/return objectives.
• Stay current on municipal bond market developments and contribute to market commentary.
• Execute fixed income trades across multiple platforms and monitor execution quality.
• Maintain compliance with MSRB and firm guidelines.
