Job summary

John Soules Foods in Valley, Alabama, seeks a Process Line Supervisor to direct the MULTIVAC packaging line, oversee production, labor, quality, safety and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. You will ensure staffing, training, and adherence to product specs, GMP and safety standards.

Applicants should have at least five years in manufacturing with leadership experience and hands-on MULTIVAC equipment knowledge; strong organizational and ERP skills are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Five years in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience supervising/leading a production team.
• Experience with MULTIVAC packaging lines preferred.
• Knowledge of production/packaging equipment and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, results-driven approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MULTIVAC operations, monitor equipment and line performance.
• Coordinate product changeovers and address downtime or production issues.
• Ensure proper packaging, sealing, labeling and product specs.
• Supervise and develop team members; manage daily staffing and safety culture.
• Drive safety, quality and efficiency to meet production goals.
