Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in food processing, packaging, or food safety environments.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient use of labor, materials, and time to meet schedules.
• Monitor and control packaging processes; maintain SOPs and implement adjustments to hit targets.
• Ensure quality, output, yield, and line efficiency meet customer and organizational expectations.
• Maintain accountability for manufacturing and shipping performance, including productivity and continuity.
• Provide back-up support for supervisors and lead personnel to ensure coverage.
• Promote adherence to OSHA, environmental, food safety, GMP, and company policies.
