Firehouse Subs is seeking a results-driven Multi-Unit Manager to lead and inspire restaurant teams across Corpus Christi and Portland, TX. You will oversee operations, develop leaders, drive guest experiences, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and service excellence.

This role demands 3+ years of multi-unit management, strong P&L oversight, travel between locations, and a hands-on leadership style.

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurants.
• Proven success managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial results.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to influence, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
