Job summary

Firehouse Subs by CTRG in Texas seeks a results-driven Multi-Unit Manager to lead and inspire restaurant teams across Corpus Christi and Portland locations.

You will own operational excellence, drive sales, ensure brand standards, coach General Managers, recruit talent, and travel regularly between sites to keep performance high.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurants.
• Proven success managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial results.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

• Drive sales growth, profitability, and cost control across all locations.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and service excellence.

What You’ll Do
