Job summary

Firehouse Subs Corpus Christi & Portland, TX is seeking a results-driven Multi-Unit Manager to lead and inspire restaurant teams across multiple locations.

You will coach General Managers, drive sales growth, manage P&Ls, and uphold brand standards while developing leaders and ensuring guest experiences meet our high standards. Travel between Corpus Christi and Portland is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurants
• Proven success managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial results
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Ability to influence, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• High energy, hands-on leadership style
• Willingness to travel regularly between Corpus Christi and Portland locations

• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, food quality, and service excellence
