Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Texas is seeking a results-driven Multi-Unit Manager to lead and inspire restaurant teams across Corpus Christi and Portland. You will develop leaders, drive performance, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You’ll manage multiple General Managers, analyze P&L, control costs, and uphold brand standards while traveling regularly between locations to execute growth plans. If you excel at coaching, accountability, and operational excellence, join our mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit management in QSR or fast-casual restaurants.
• Proven success managing multiple P&Ls and driving financial results.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between Corpus Christi and Portland locations.
