Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours as needed (on call rotation).
• Maintain preventative maintenance and cleaning schedules.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Interact directly with residents and commercial tenants to assess issues, explain repairs, and ensure satisfaction.
