Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across facilities, equipment, and systems. This role ensures that buildings and operations remain safe, functional, and efficient.

The Maintenance Technician will respond to emergency maintenance requests, maintain preventive maintenance schedules, keep accurate records, and ensure safety standards are followed while delivering strong tenant service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a tenant-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and expand skill sets across multiple trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours as needed (on call rotation)
• Maintain preventative maintenance and cleaning schedules
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies
• Interact directly with residents and commercial tenants to assess issues, explain repairs, and ensure satisfaction
