Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Maintenance Tech in Cincinnati to perform diversified maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical and janitorial equipment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and prevent breakdowns while maintaining logs and adhering to safety standards.

The role requires basic training or experience, with at least six months in a similar environment and a minimum of two years electrical experience.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent experience or training such as basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction.
• Two years Electrical Experience minimum.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred. Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and predictive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical & mechanical issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; log maintenance activities.
• Use hand and power tools, ladders, and lifting equipment as required.
• Ensure safety procedures, including Lock Out/Tag Out, are followed.
